When can I hire the hall?
Our opening hours are:

Term Time only

Monday to Friday 18:00 -21:00

Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00

Sunday CLOSED

Please note that this site is closed in school holidays

Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.

Can I book an children's party?
Absolutely! Take a look at our event spaces here to find out more.

Can I booking during school holidays?
No, the school is closed to hirers during the school holidays

Is there parking on site?
There is a limited parking on site and best to discuss with us and the school as part of your enquiry.

Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.

Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at Hinde House School and you arrive on site, head to the main reception where a member of our site team will greet you and direct you to your booked space.
